When placing an order, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. To process your order more efficiently, we also request a land line telephone number (not a mobile). Please note, we never disclose customer information to any third party. Prices on this site are in £/GBP (Great British Pounds) - for exchange rates please consult your bank or click here for an estimate.

CHRISTMAS GIFTS

Items bought as Christmas presents must be returned to us by 10th January, unworn and with labels attached. Please make us aware at the time of ordering that the item is a gift for Christmas so that we may make a note of it on your order.

SIZE QUERIES

If you require advice regarding the selection of your correct size, please contact our Manchester mail order department on 0870 444 0832 or email thenorthface@ellis-brigham.com, and one of our helpful staff will be delighted to advise you. Sizes always refer to body measurements not garment measurements.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY TIME

Please click here for delivery charges.
Please note that a signature is always required upon receipt..

SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE REQUESTS

If you are ordering goods for a particular holiday departure date or as a gift for a birthday etc, please inform us so we can make every effort to meet this deadline. The last day we can accept orders for a pre Christmas delivery is 13th December, orders made after this date will be processed but we cannot guarantee delivery before the 25th.

BACK ORDERS

We carry one of the largest stocks of mountain sports equipment, clothing and accessories in the UK, however, despite our best efforts, particularly popular items can sell out and when this is the case, we will inform you of the expected earliest delivery date. Please inform us should you wish to cancel at any time.

MAIL ORDER RETURNS

(PLEASE CONTACT YOUR NEAREST STORE FOR OUR NON-MAIL ORDER RETURNS POLICY)
Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our mail order department within 21 days in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with all receipts and the fully completed Returns Form. Please note that underwear cannot be returned - this does not affect your statutory rights.

We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please be aware that in order to comply with Health & Safety regulations any faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud and dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with this criteria.

Please note that if you require goods to be sent out in exchange, we do make a further carriage charge. Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted.

EXCEPTIONS & GUARANTEE

Due to the very personal fitting implications inherent in the purchase of ski and snowboard boots, we recommend that you buy these goods in person at one of our nationwide specialist shops.

If you do wish to purchase online, please make sure you have tried on the boots instore and have identified the product as suited to your aspirations. You must also complete our on-line checklist before the purchase can be completed.

We will hold our prices (errors or omissions excepted) until 1st February. We reserve the right to change our prices immediately if there is any change in the VAT rate or if there is a major change in the value of the pound against any currencies which could affect some imported items.

Please note that the actual colour of some items may differ slightly from the photographic representations shown on this internet site. Whilst we endeavour to thouroughly test all hardware products on this site, it should be noted that descriptions of performance and suitibility are purely subjective.
